The place

The Crags Campground has 17 sites for tents, small RVs, or small trailers. The access to the campground is from a narrow, winding and rough dirt road, which may not be suitable for large trailers. There is no trash service; please pack out your trash. Outside of peak season water and camp hosts may not be available. The Crags Trail (#664) and the Devil's Playground Trail (#753) start near the campground, at the Crags Trailhead, located 1/8 mile before the campground. The Ring-the-Peak trail passes by the Crags Campground.

Fees

$25 fee per site for overnight camping. Two vehicles or one RV per site is included in the camping fee. $11.00 for a third vehicle. $11 fee for day use if not camping overnight. Fees are payable by cash, check or money order. Self-servicing fee tube is available. First-come, first-served sites must be occupied the same night.
