The place

Perch Lake Campground is located 10 miles south of Sidnaw on the Kenton Ranger District. This one loop campground provides 20 drive-in campsites that can accommodate tents, trailers and motor homes. This location provides visitors with excellent fishing, and a unique camping experience, with many of the spacious sites having lake access. Recreation Besides fishing, canoeing and kayaking is popular on this lake and an excellent way to experience the beauty of this area. Each site offers a wood table, fire ring, and parking spur. Two sets of vault toilets, one accessible vault toilet and two hand pumps for drinking water are found within the camping loop. There is a boat ramp and parking area adjacent to the campground. Natural Features Perch Lake is ideal for those that want to get out on the water under their own power. Recreation.gov default: most campsites can be booked six months prior to arrival date. Most campgrounds go on sale at 7am PT / 8am MT / 10am ET, but not always; check the facility Seasons and Fees tab. Some locations also offer shorter supplemental booking windows.

Fees

There is a day use fee associated with the boat landing from May 15 October 15, of$5 per day per vehicle, or an annual pass for $30 per vehicle. The annual pass covers Lake Ottawa Recreation Area, Black River Harbor Recreation Area, Marion Lake boat landing, Bobcat Lake day use and boat landing, Henry Lake, Pomeroy Lake, Norway Lake day use, Perch Lake, Lake Ste Kathryn, and Courtney Lake day use and boat landing. Please plan accordingly to ensure you can pay the daily fee at the self-registration fee tube. If you would like to purchase an annual pass, they are available from the on-site campground host.
