The place
Williamson Campground is one of the larger campgrounds in the Lostine River Canyon. Situated along the Wild and Scenic Lostine River, the campground has lots of shady pine and fir trees which makes it popular for summer and fall campers. The facility offers 8 tent/trailer sites and 5 tent-only sites which are located below the campground road. Nearby attractions include Lostine Canyon and the Eagle Cap Wilderness. Overnight Use: Single Site$10/night. Interagency Senior/Access Recreation Passes provide a 50% discount to Single Campsites ONLY. The discount applies only to the fee for the campsite physically occupied by the pass holder, not to any additional fee or campsite(s) occupied by members of the pass holder's party. https://store.usgs.gov/recreational-passes Please be prepared to pay with CASH or CHECK. Single unit campsites = $10.00/night. A self-service fee station is available at the campground.
